Amore Accessories Inc. ships all orders via UPS or USPS. Shipping is offered upon checkout, you can choose UPS Ground (3-5 days transit time), UPS 3 Day Select and Second Day Air shipping are available and can be selected on the order page. USPS are Priority(1-3 days) or Express (1-2 days) rates. Shipping rates are calculated on the weight and size of the products ordered including the packaging that they are being shipped in, the distance the package has to travel, and the selected shipping method. Shipping rates include handling and insurance fees to guarantee quick and safe arrival of the order. The amounts will be calculated for you upon checkout and before completing the order. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will require additional shipping charges due to the much higher costs of delivery to these locations. Shipments to the New York area will only be sent via UPS Signature Required. We do not ship to PO Boxes and we only ship to the billing address submitted. These costs will be e-mailed with the amount of your shipping charge after completing the order. Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order is placed. BB Simon Collection Items, Kippy's, and Raviani Collection Items can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal. Please note that Amore Accessories Inc. and amoresaccessories.com do not guarantee to meet any deadlines therefore customers cannot use this as a base for cancellation of orders. Return Policy
For items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, please call for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and send them back to us within 2 days of receipt so that we may exchange them. All other returns will be subjected to 30% restocking fee, please call before sending back merchandise in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns should be within 7 days of package receipt date. Include a copy of the original invoice and/or receipt. If you ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange the item as long as you, the customer, pay for the shipping and handling charges to send you the correct size. Please send back items in original package and/or packing pads.
